Apple has unveiled the all new iOS 14, iPadOS 14, WatchOS7 and the MacOS BigSur in there WWDC 2020 event on Monday. Apple has introduced a whole lot of features which will enhance user's experience to next level. Apple has also unveiled there own Silicon Chips for Mac devices. Let's talk about them in detail.
WatchOS 7
The overall WatchOS 7 experience is going to be the same as WatchOS 6 but there are some significant changes. So the new OS supports over 20 thousand more apps. Apple has also introduced some more watch faces some of which can be customised according to the apps used. These watch faces can also be shared with another watches and we can now find watch faces in the app store itself. Another major change is that we can get any watch face online on websites or social media and can easily use them on our watches.
With the new OS, Apple watch will be capable enough to check water temperatures too. There is also automatic hand washing detection which will set a timer for 20 seconds to make you wash your hands properly. Also you will get reminders to wash your hands regularly.
With the WatchOS 7, Maps can be used more productively. A user can preview the travel time and get every other information just as the iOS 14.
Workout sessions are going to be really great. The watch will be 10x more accurate and this time it has a particular Dance Mode. With the dance mode user can track there Heart Rate and other information and this mode will also allow you to specify different dance styles such as Bollywood, Hip-Hop or any other form. A new feature of Cool Down is also added which is a sort of post workout session.
The Activity app is now named as Fitness.
Sleep App will allow you to track your sleep. A user can schedule there bedtime routine and the watch will give them reminders, this will also turn on the do not disturb mode. It will also give a vibration alarm with which others will not get disturbed. A user can maintain a complete sleep chart.
For the first time ever users will be able to install the watchOS beta from July. The WatchOS 7 will be compatible with Apple watch series 3,4 and 5.
iPadOS is something that is proved to be revolutionary for iPads. So iPadOS 14 brings lot more possibilities to the iPads. Like the widgets on iOS 14, iPadOS too bring the option to add widgets to the home screen and user can choose what should appear and they can also customise the widgets. Apps are also newly designed, the side bars are enhanced to make it easier to access more functions from single location without switching the views.
Like the iPhones even the iPad now has the option of compact calls which means it will not use the entire display of your iPad.
Scribble is something which is going to be really handy for users with Apple Pencil. Scribble allows to write by hand in any text field across iPadOS, and these words will automatically convert to text. Also there is a feature of scratch to delete the text and circle the text to select it.
The Notes app is also improved with advanced machine learning which distinguishes writing from drawing. The handwriting can now be converted into text and can be easily pasted. There is also a feature of Shape Recognition which automatically corrects the shape.The Rest options of Maps, Messages, Safari, Home and AirPods remains the same. The new iPadOS will be compatible with the following iPads:

This time for Mac computers MacOS is not a big change but a different announcement by Apple which according to the company is going to be amazing for the coming Macs.
So let's talk about MacOS Big Sur first. The new OS will provide a completely new interface to the users as it will also support the function of adding widgets and the same features of the messages, maps, siri, safari and every app that has been enhanced in iOS 14.
The new Mac will offer new icons and shapes, more vibrant colours, new widgets that can be customised, new sounds and an entirely new feel. The big Sur will offer new window layout and animations, users will also find a new control centre and a notification centre.
Safari will have some additional features too like new Safari extensions, a customisable start page, new redesigned tabs and automatic translation.
With the Mac catalyst developers will have more control, multiple windows can be used and 3rd party apps can also be used.
Talking about the big announcement, Apple will now be adding it's own chips to there Mac computers very soon. So with the Apple Silicon chip a user can get High Performance GPU, More Security, Less power consumption and more output from the computers. It will also feature a Neutral Engine for power efficiency.
However, Apple will still be launching it's Intel based computers too along with the new Mac devices.
New updated native apps can be used. Native apps can be installed along with the normal application but just for two years, after that you will have to update them.
A user can use iPhone and iPad apps directly on there computers.
The public BETA will be available from July and the Developer BETA is already available from Monday.
